This is new to me so here goes! Yesterday I went to the Parade of Homes with some friends-it was really fun! I love going and looking around other homes for ideas and inspiration. My favorite thing to do to brand new homes is to critique it (now i never critique my friends homes-never!) the only reason i critique new homes is bc i want to build my own home someday and by seeing it in person and saying what i would do different i feel like i get to use fun, creative ideas but better! because you don't always think of everything (perfect outlet location, practical flow of the room) There was one thing that really stuck out to all of us yesterday and that was this refurbished door leading to a study directly off the entry-it was amazing! here are the pics complete with my friend Julie:)
